What you will do;
Under the direction and supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) works with the prize payments headquarters team to perform a variety of consultative and analytical work related to prize payments. This new analyst position is for a detailed-oriented, customer service based, motivated professional, seeking an opportunity to be part of a dynamic Lottery team working in the CA Lottery.

In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
