Job Overview

The Central ICQA Analyst identifies issues, analyzes data to resolve complex inventory management problems, and develops tools to monitor distortions. Their strategic insights and problem-solving skills are essential for driving operational efficiency and upholding high standards of quality and accuracy.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and analyze issues affecting CFC operations, including inventory discrepancies and quality concerns.
  • Develop tools and reports to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Support annual inventory preparedness, execution, and reconciliation.
  • Monitor accuracy, service, and quality programs to ensure high customer satisfaction, reduce inventory distortion, and assess the effectiveness of training and process improvement programs.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and measure CFC operations' effectiveness, generating reports to support data-driven decisions.
  • Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee inventory levels and accuracy across multiple locations and warehouses in collaboration with ICQA teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements that streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Skills You Will Need

Data Analysis and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex inventory management issues. Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools and methodologies to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop actionable insights.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SQL, as well as experience with Macros, Tables, PowerBI, and Google Big Query. Knowledge of data modeling principles and performance optimization strategies is essential.

Tool and Report Development: Ability to create effective tools and reports for identifying root causes of issues and preventing their recurrence. Experience in using these tools to monitor and enhance CFC operations.

Inventory Management: Experience in overseeing inventory levels and accuracy across multiple locations, collaborating with ICQA teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Operational Efficiency: Skill in monitoring and improving accuracy, service, and quality programs, with a focus on reducing inventory distortion and increasing customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to convey complex information clearly and diplomatically.

Time Management and Organization: Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and function effectively with minimal guidance.

Proactiveness and Responsiveness: A proactive and responsive approach, with a strong curiosity about processes and system dependencies, enabling quick identification and resolution of issues.
