Position Responsibilities:
- Contribute to administration of care management.
- Provides CM support by managing shared mailboxes and entering data into work queues, mailing letters/educational material, researching unable to contact members and will complete other administrative functions, as assigned
- Provide non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members.
- Perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments.
- Perform computations.
- Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Must currently reside in the state of Indiana
- Less than 3 years of technical experience with Microsoft , Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Administration support experience in a healthcare industry
- Familiarity with care and well-being resources
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Microsoft Access proficiency

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$39,000 - $49,400 per year
