This position is a part-time position and is classified as non-exempt under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and Ohio law. This function is fully on-site with work schedule as agreed between the Company and Employee.
Required qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary
• Must have attention to detail
• Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged
• Must be able to work and collaborate with other members of the team
• May occasionally involve climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or lifting boxes up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to manage deadlines
• May occasionally travel to other locations for work
• May be required to work on weekends and/or holidays

Responsibilities:

• Assist with order fulfillment, including but not limited to pulling product from packing lists and packaging orders for shipment
• Assist with product finishing, including but not limited to sleeving greeting cards and packaging gift items
• Keep studio clean and orderly, shelves stocked
• Work closely with the team to ensure that products are fully executed and aligned with both the company’s and the client’s expectations
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet the company’s standards and the requests of clients
• Exhibits a positive attitude, with a can-do and customer-first focus with all customers
• Other related tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
