Description :

Come join our close-knit and energetic group of BillCare Representatives as we partner with customers to ensure that the billing and denial management aspects of their business are taken care of which, in turn, gives them peace of mind. You will be the one that sends claims and processes the payments for mental and behavioral health agencies under the leadership of the BillCare Manager.

A Day in the Life

  • Send billing claims for services provided
  • Post payments and electronic remittance advice (ERA)
  • Track denied claims
  • Monitor collections
  • Research and respond to unpaid claims
  • Reprocess claims until paid or written off
  • Assign collection tasks, as needed, to BillCare Associate
  • Monthly Customer contacts to review billables, payments, support tickets and any other questions
  • Provide Customer training on the software to improve their experience, speed up claims processing and

payments cycle

  • Other duties as assigned, including research or administrative work, as needed

thereafter, you will work to become experts in the software and the industry as it constantly changes. Specializing

in denial claims management, you will work to optimize your account’s billing and collections as well as increase

their cash flow, which will give them the freedom to spend more time delivering care to their clients. With each

claim you send or reconcile, you’re not just billing for that agency, you’re supporting them and the care they give to

their clients.
