THE JOB:
It is the responsibility of the Loyalty Card Representative to assist guests at the MGM Rewards desk with all aspects of their account and to enroll new guests in the loyalty program while providing excellent guest service.
THE STARTING RATE: $17.75
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Assist players with all requests in a professional and timely manner, answer questions and address problems
Explain the loyalty program in and benefits in detail
Utilize all aspects of the Patron Management System; input/update player information in the database system and issue loyalty program cards
Protect the confidentiality of all company files and document under immediate control
Communicate new ideas to upper management in order to improve productivity
Review guest complaints and notify supervisor
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Proficiency in Patron, Veridocs, Okta/Workday and other relevant software
Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
