Parents love using SchoolPass to communicate wellness, attendance, and dismissal changes to everyone at the school with the tap of a button, and schools love using SchoolPass to streamline their dismissal process and make sure every kid goes where they're supposed to at the end of the day.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for working with new and existing customers to ensure that they are successful with SchoolPass solutions. As part of the company’s Customer Success team, you will work with project managers to help onboard new schools - making sure their operations are mapped and configuration correctly in SchoolPass.

Job Functions:

  • On-board customers with consultative configuration and training sessions
  • Assist customers with understanding product functionality, troubleshooting issues, and assist with data analysis and data loading
  • Troubleshoot potential defects, and once confirmed, conduct full analysis to be submitted to Product Managers and Engineering
  • Work with Project Management during new and add-on implementations
  • Gather requirements for change requests
  • Provide excellent customer service, keeping a continued focus on making our customers’ lives easier, and their work more valuable through advanced configurations
  • Take the lead and perform internal testing on product releases and fixes
  • Become the customer’s advocate internally to resolve critical or high priority cases

Essential Qualifications:

  • Good verbal and written communication, able to provide advice and coaching
  • Able to handle stress with ease and not get flustered or easily frustrated
  • Results and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic
  • Energetic, creative, assertive, customer-centric personality
  • Team player with the ability to form strong working relationships with clients and team members
  • Puzzle solver; likes to tinker and troubleshoot issues
  • Analytical and consultative focus
  • Ability to handle multiple issues at once, and prioritize that work
  • Has a strong desire to learn new technologies
  • Have a technical background – such as SQL, web servers, enterprise application/SaaS support, networking, or other technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel/spreadsheets

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Familiarity with K-12 education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
