A day in the life:

80% Handling customer service inquiries

  • Answer phone calls, e-mails, and chat with customers to solve basic customer needs
  • Manage case queues and triage instructor cases.
  • Follow up on open cases.
  • Document customer interactions in SalesForce
  • Handle difficult/stressful conversations.

10% Process customer enrollments and extensions

  • Run reports in Salesforce and process enrollments
  • Run reports in Salesforce and BigCommers to process extensions and online enrollments

10% Ad Hoc Duties

  • Update MyCAA portal
  • Process material requests
  • Manage inquiries from Monterey
  • Manage VitalSource and other voucher purchases
