Administrative Assistant (Anaheim)

Administrative Assistant
An Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibility is to provide and coordinate administrative support services, including direction of administrative duties for specific departments while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Perform all essential functions and responsibilities in accordance with the company’s values and beliefs and in alignment with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and confidential executive support
  • Strong proficient in Word and Excel (test will be provided)
  • Screen incoming requests to determine priority level, including visitors, phone calls, and incoming mail
  • Arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings
  • Managing executives’ calendars & Travel
  • Office events coordination (ordering lunch, coffee machine set up/ maintenance)
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Receptionist phone coverage for breaks and other tasks.
  • Coordinating all aspects of the CEO’s and other executive team’s travel arrangements, including ground and air travel, travel documents, last-minute trip changes, and expenses
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized and dynamic, with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A self-starter who can work both independently and function well within a team
  • Demonstrate strong independent judgment and a high degree of interpersonal effectiveness to be able to deal with stakeholders across various levels of the organization
  • Relationship builder and able to interact respectfully and confidently with internal executives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
