What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an energetic professional to assist our Service team in the daily operations of the automotive service business and is ambitious and hard working. Must be a team player and willing to work Saturdays

Responsibilities:

  • Entry level position with opportunities for advancement with a competitive wage
  • Candidates must be detailed oriented and follow instructions from Service Advisors/Writers
  • Schedules service appointments; obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible
  • Greets customers promptly in a polite and friendly manner, conducts telephone transactions
  • Writes up customers' vehicle problems accurately and clearly on the repair order
  • Test drives the vehicle with customer as needed to confirm the problem
  • Refers to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommends additional need service
  • Obtains customer signature on repair orders; provides customer with a copy
  • Notifies dispatcher of incoming work
  • Checks on progress of repairs throughout the day

Qualifications:

  • Dealership experience preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
