Chef de Cuisine Job Advertisement
Izzy's San Francisco, family owned and operated for over thirty years, is looking for a dynamic Chef de Cuisine to lead us into the next phase of our evolution,
from a bustling neighborhood steakhouse, to a world class, fine dining, destination restaurant. Interested parties must have a two year culinary degree
at least four years of kitchen experience in a high paced, full service environment in a hotel and or restaurant and or catering environment.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, artistic, collaborative, professional
individual who lives in a culinary world and believes in the power of transformation through food.
The Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for all culinary operations, including, but
not limited to, costing and producing high quality food and all corresponding
documentation, menu planning, ordering, daily cooking, staffing, budget
analysis and strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Compensation to 70K, depending on experience and generous benefits
Phone calls and or drop ins will not be accepted.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
