We are actively seeking a professional, smart and upbeat Personal Assistant/Bookkeeper to support one executive!
Must have advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
QuickBooks and accounting experience is REQUIRED.
Tasks include managing a calendar, setting up travel, making reservations, and running errands.
Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and reliable.
Must be a team player who can pitch in with assertional duties as needed.
Associates Degree Required
Bachelors Degree Preferred
Accounting background is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
