POSITION TITLE: Administrative Coordinator
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Facility Manager
RATE OF PAY: $14.42$16.83
The primary objective of the Administrative Coordinator is to support the administrative and customer service functions of Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. Commissary.
- Manage and drive the daily workload of internal/external requests for special orders
- Respond directly and/or route phone and email correspondence to the proper parties as required
- Provide the internal/external customers with order status updates, order acknowledgements, shipping and tracking information
- Research and resolve all errors
- Lead trouble shooting of issues, act as liaison to leadership
- Manage ad communications and program elements for all specials that are run throughout stores
- Assist with data entry into ADC production system
- Assist with processing invoices
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Most work is performed in a temperature controlled office environment
Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal
Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone, mobile phone, and other office equipment in the course of normal workday
Standing, stooping, bending, twisting and reaching may be required in completion of job duties
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are primarily Monday through Friday, may include alternating Saturdays. This position may require long hours and occasional weekend work as job duties demand.
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Previous work experience in an administrative or customer service role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
