· Keep the books, deliver perfectly accurate balance sheets and P&L statements

· Oversee inventory accounting & management

· Manage payroll, including tracking bonus goals.

· Conduct wire transfers and pay bills

· Coordinate inventory tracking with sales management & e-commerce

· Maintain an organized and highly accurate account of inventory

· Develop processes to keep inventory accurate

· Increase operational efficiency

· Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities

· Identify and eliminate inefficiencies

· Development of professional procedures and practices manual

Pay is negotiable based on qualifications.
