Description :

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) to join our team! This position is responsible for sales and profit objectives within the assigned area while maintaining positive relationships with assigned customers. This individual is responsible for the development, growth and overall performance of their assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in selling of tires, wheels and related products to customers
• Professionally serve all customers on the phone, via web, chat/text and email
• Assist and resolve issues related to customer satisfaction
• Communicate regularly with the sales team to drive customer service initiatives
• Build and maintain a team effort consistent with the goals of the company
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Learn and maintain knowledge of all current and new products

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields (Tire or Automotive experience is a PLUS)
• Strong telephone, verbal, written and personal communication skills
• Must possess exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Customer service oriented and a high level of professional integrity
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Bilingual in Spanish is not required but would make the candidate more desirable
