Description :

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative is the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The CSR takes ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; providing product and service information; and resolving technical issues; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. This position will be remote until the situation is reevaluated to work safely in the office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner from reps, dealers and end-users
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise and suggest information about other products and services
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of features and benefits of Alloy LED products
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of the following Alloy LED policies (Free freight/shipping policy, warranty, returns, in-house customization billing, special order billing)
  • Effectively communicate with customers via phone and email to determine the best lighting solution to fit the design and budget for their project
  • Offer technical installation assistance to customers, contractors, and end-users by offering trouble shooting solutions
  • Order fulfillment/processing POs
  • Back order fulfillment and update with timing
  • Assess project plans and monitor quoting process
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills by actively providing feedback to improve processes
  • Represent and market Alloy, LED in a positive and professional manner as requested and continually promote Alloy, LED internally and externally by building relationships with clients
  • Perform other tasks, including cross-training, as directed

Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • English fluency, required
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Positive, calm and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills across tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
