Description :

Offsite is looking for a Dispatch/ Customer Service to work with our Dispatch Team out of our Phoenix AZ headquarters.

Responsibities include:

  • Managing dispatch for Phoenix, Los Angeles, and Albuquerque locations.
  • Build routes daily, enter in software.
  • Make sure all drivers have proper documents for their routes.
  • Review paperwork as it comes in from drivers to ensure the orders were fulfilled correctly.
  • Answer customer emails and calls in a timely and professional manner answering any questions related to their orders.
  • Track driver hours and manage overtime.
  • Track fleet maintenance and DOT compliance.
  • Some after hours required (answering driver questions, re-routing if driver calls in sick, truck break downs, etc.)

To be successful in this role, you need to be able to plan ahead well. Think outside the box and have good attention to detail. With Dispatch, you are telling 15 people what they are doing each day and it needs to be done in the most efficient way possible. Effective prioritization, must be organized, and work well under pressure.

We are looking for someone with experience who is looking to join a growing company.

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database

  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
