Full time office assistant needed for fast paced service department related clerical tasks.
- Responsibilities included but not limited to answering phones, data input, filing, typing estimates, electronic permit filing, customer service , organization.
- Scheduling and coordinating daily projects
- Responsible for applying for town hall and building department permits
- Hours will be Monday - Friday 8 am - 430 pm.
