Open to MALE applicants only.
Hours: Part time, 20 hours per week.
Position scheduled hours are 5:15 a.m.9:15 a.m. (5 days rotating) a week. Hours may vary depending on the needs of Community Corrections.
This position involves the direct observation of MALE clients participating in a urine drug screening program. This is human service work in a community corrections program performing drug screening work with the responsibility of utilizing various testing methods and reporting the results to the designated parties. Provides frequent and random on-site and community drug testing, directly observes same-gender client drug testing, sends urine specimens to prescribed laboratory as directed, documents and records data, and follows drug testing procedures and policies at all times. Individuals of diverse backgrounds and language skills are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent and at least 6 months experience with the criminal justice system either in an employed status or as an intern; or equivalent.
Necessary Special Requirement: Possession of a valid driver's license when operating a vehicle is required in the performance of assigned duties.
