Description :Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the agency. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as develop new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter's ultimate goal is to hire qualified employees to meet our agency's current and future needs. This position works closely under the direction and supervision of the Talent Acquisition Partner and HR Director in order to carry out the necessary functions of the HR Dept, it's policies and procedures.
Develops and executes recruiting plans
Ability to proactively source and recruit top candidates
Develops relationships with hiring managers and works with them to forecast hiring needs
Attends job fairs and career events
Efficiently and effectively fills open positions
Develops a pool of qualified candidates for pipe-lining purposes
Pre-screen and interview candidates
Initiate background checks according to state agency standards
Manage data entry into HRIS system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
