Accept merchandise donations according to procedures in manual.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and maintain a cheerful and pleasant disposition when servicing customers.
  • Maintain superior level of customer service to meet agency standards.
  • Load and sort materials on trailer according to instructions.
  • Maintain records of donations and materials; provide accurate reporting to Operations department.
  • Follow instructions on care of trailer and posting of signs as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required.
Experience Requirements
Box Truck experience preferred, but not required. Qualifications Must maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.
